Following is an updated compilation of different SMS/text packages (unlimited and not) by Globe/Touch Mobile (TM) and Smart/Talk ‘n’ Text (TNT). You can subscribe to the following packages from your own mobile phone. There are other promos and packages that can only be availed via your local retailer or loading center, so you might want to check them out.
I came to make this list out of my frustration that it is so damn hard to find information about Globe/TM and Smart/TNT text packages online. Though, in fairness to Globe, the new layout of their web portal makes finding for these kind of information easy. But still Touch Mobile is like lost in the jungle of world wide web.
The following list is based on Globe and Smart’s websites, from the TVads, to the posters, and also I made some calls to the customer support of these mobile networks.
Again, note that the following packages and promos can be subscribed via registration from your mobile phone. Be careful with the spacing of command keys.

Unli texting services are the root cause of spam messages. If the telcos maintain some form of charging for every message, spammers will spam less because of the cost. At least Globe accepts reports for spammers using the Globe and Touch Mobile networks. But Sun will always force you to report their spammers to the NTC. I have no experience with Smart’s customer service, but I feel that they won’t accept spam complaints either.

Hi, Actually every network have this Fair Use Policy which telecom companies and NTC had an agreement. We could only use a certain promo depending kung gaano tayo kadalas at kaadik magload. By the word itself alam na natin siguro what does it mean, FAIR USE… And as much as we wanted to complain, wala po tayong magagawa but to follow since it is called POLICY. :) Better use a regular load sometimes kung madalas tayo magregister sa unlimited services in this way we could prevent our simcard to be blocked by the system.
And by the way, Globe implement this lalo na nung magkaimmortal txt :) kaya tinanggal ang promo kasi nakakalugi ang walang expiration :)

Globe is even worse!! Wag na kayong lumipat sa globe. Their SUPER150 promo is a scam! Sabi nila enjoy unlimited calls and text to Globe/TM for 7 days. But after it expires on the 7th day, when you try to register again for another 7days ayaw na!! We called Globe Cust Service at ako pa ang sinisisi nila kasi nag violate daw ako sa rules ng NTC for excessive usage?? Na banned daw yung globe sim card ko at number for 30 days from entering any promo! Say what now?? We went to a Globe Business care center to ask their live rep, iba din yung dahilan nila. To Globe: Kung hindi nyo kayang gumastos sa promo nyo, kung hindi nyo kayang panindigan ang advertisement nyo, ba’t niloloko nyo pa kami??? Telcos are greedy!!

i tried globe’s immortal and unlitext, they both work. i also tried smart’s smartext, and it works also. sun’s 1 week/month unlimited text also work, though i experience that they cut my subcription before the expiry date.
anyway, u don’t really need to subscribe to it.

Omy, sorry.i Did not pay much attention to their calls promo. But usually u need to add numbers to the celphone number u’re going to call like 232 or 238. I’ll check and see if I can find some info regarding that. I’ll keep u posted.
