If a girl grew up listening to Cinderalla, Snow White, Little Mermaid, Rapunzel, and other fairy tales, how will she learn about entrepreneurship? It is mentioned in the book, ‘First, Break all the Rules,’ that it would take around 10 years for a person to truly master a skill. Now if a girl spends up to college thinking about his knight-in-shining-armor, reading damsel-in-distress stories, when do you think she can master the entrepreneurship skills or other skills aside from damsel-in-distress skill?
Just thinking. I am trying to learn the being unemployed skill but I’m raised up with the ’employmee orientation.’ How will I unlearn that? Same goes with the damsel-in-distress attitude of ‘few/some/most’ women.
