After not being able to subscribe to smart’s smartext60 ( their unlimited text service) yesterday, it’s Globe’s chance to turn down my request for unlitext subscription today — both 8888 and 2870 did not process my request. I got the following message from Globe:

I understand their denial of unlitxt service this holidays. I guess they want to avoid system congestion.
They only want to congest their profits. But I wish they are more honest about it, inform users in advance that they would not accept unlitext requests during holidays so as not to frustrate users. But then who cares about users getting frustrated, right? Sad thing.
