From Jennifer Tidwell’s ‘Designing Interfaces’ book. As a bug tester, it is sometimes frustrating of trying to suggest a little tweak to an application because ‘customers/users’ requested for that as it will be more easier for them, but programmers dissed it out as petty. They would reason it out as a nonsense idea. But that’s how users can be that nonsense at times (no pun intended).
That’s why I suggest Jennifer Tidwell’s book to all who aim for their product to have happy users.
